1. Digital Products (PDF Notes)

• Once purchased, no refunds will be issued for downloadable products.
• In case of a wrong or corrupted file, we will provide a replacement upon verification.

2. Physical Notes (if applicable)

• If you receive a damaged product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.
• Refunds will be processed only if the item is unused and returned within 7 days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
